JSDV2 Knowledge Base articles in JSD tickets
In JSD tickets, Jira will list related KB articles, allow you to search the existing Knowledge Base articles, or create a new article. You can also share these articles with customers.
- A click on "Search knowledge base" pulls up a search box.
- A click on "create an article" brings up the creation box.
> Enter the article title
> Choose either the Troubleshooting or How-To template
- To share a kb article, mouse over the article link and select Share as comment. The link will be added to the comment window. Add comments and select Share with customer.
