JSD2 Customer Confirmation Emails 2


The JSD will generate and send emails to customers with the following actions:


  • When a customer enters a ticket, or an IT agent enters a ticket on behalf of the customer, a notification email is sent to the customer.


  • When a ticket status is changed



  • When a comment is added and shared with the customer


  • When a ticket is Resolved, the customer will see the following screen:
