Move Computer

In Move dialog under Current Issue Type, select "Move Computer", Then click Next >> 

If you are asked to update Customer Request Type, select Move Computer from the drop down and then hit Next >>

Then hit Move

If not asked in the earlier step, on the right side of the screen, update the Request Type from the drop down

Click "Edit" to update the fields for this request type.
