Maximo Enhancement Requests (SASD)
***Note: For Maximo problems or issues, use the Application Help request type. ONLY reassign them to these Maximo request types if the request is NOT for a problem or fix, but only for a Maximo enhancement.
In Move dialog under Current Issue Type, select "SASD Maximo Request with Approvals", Then click Next >>
If you are asked to update Customer Request Type, select Maximo Enhancement Requests (SASD) from the drop down.
Also, populate the "Request Type (SASD)" field with one of the options (other than Application Fix). and then hit Next >>
Then hit Move
If not asked in the earlier step, on the right side of the screen, update the Request Type from the drop down
