Maximo Enhancement Requests (Regional San)

***Note: For Maximo problems or issues, use the Application Help request type.  ONLY reassign them to these Maximo request types if the request is NOT for a problem or fix, but only for a Maximo enhancement.


In Move dialog under Current Issue Type, select "Service Request with Approvals", Then click Next >> 

If you are asked to update Customer Request Type, select Maximo Enhancement Requests (Regional San) from the drop down and then hit Next >>




Then hit Move



If not asked in the earlier step, on the right side of the screen, update the Request Type from the drop down
