IT staff have determined a network/system outage affecting ______________ (NAME ALL SYSTEMS OR GROUPS AFFECTED) has occurred.  IT staff have (DESCRIBE WHAT STEPS TAKEN TO RESPOND).  You will be advised by email (or describe other means) when the system/network is restored. During this time, please do not (DESCRIBE anything they shouldn’t do.)
