JSDV2 ElementsXS Response Procedure

SASD Operations has a Maximo-related product called ElementsXS.  



Service Desk technician response to ElementsXS submittals:


  • Phone calls  -  Refer all callers to Mike Fish (876-6193) for any inquiries or support needs.


  • Ticket submittals  -  Comment to the customer via the ticket that you are referring the customer to Mike for all inquiries or support needs.  The ticket is then to be closed once the customer has been notified.
