JSD2 Ticket Edit Button

The Edit button allows the ability to edit the following fields:  Reporter, Issue Type, Location, Summary, Description, Priority, Impact, Component/s, Category, Sub-category, Assigned Group, Assignee, Due Date, Request Participants, and Labels.
