JSD2 Post-Incident Review (PIR) Process

A Severity Level 1 or 2 Incident Ticket cannot be closed without a PIR report (Post-Mortem report) being submitted.  To start the report process, select the Post-Incident Review Form from the Forms dropdown:

This brings up the Previewing Form below, once the "Add" button is Clicked this brings up the ability to edit the form.

After clicking the "Add" button the form is in a "Viewing" status and can be edited.

It's possible to "Close" the report without editing.  It's also possible to "Submit" the report and then "Reopen" it for editing.  Once it's reopened the report can be edited and then a button "Save and Submit" will be visible.

Note:  A Severity Level 1 or 2 ticket cannot be "Closed" until a Post-Incident Review report is Submitted.
