Application Reports

In Move dialog under Current Issue Type, select "Application Reports", Then click Next >> 

If you are asked to update Customer Request Type, select Application Reports from the drop down and then hit Next >>

Then hit Move

If not asked in the earlier step, on the right side of the screen, update the Request Type from the drop down
