This is a top level page. This has the application pool, other websites (prs, pmr, etc) are under this website.
It was converted to HTTPS in July, now the subsites are displaying messages like "Only secure content is displayed" user can click a button to continue but this happens on every page.
Corrective Action: Change hardcoded http: to https: or use ./ logic. This coding action still needs to be signed out.
