I need a monthly Maximo timesheet report (the third Monday of every month) for Thomas Ross, Michael Thomas, Stephen Jerue, Anish Kumar, Darrin Satterfield and Angela Guo from now until July 2021.

Here are the steps to do this

Open SSMS – login to Dayoff database server, open a new query window.

Open the newest spreadsheet attachment on task itsd-1076

Copy the SQL on the fourth tab, paste it into SSMS

On the bottom, update the start date logic

Open a new blank SS

Comment out the last 2 AND statements

Execute the SQL

Copy (with headers) the output and paste it into the first tab of the spreadsheet. Adjust column widths

Name that tab something like 09-21-2020 to 10-18-2020

Uncomment out the ‘and transtype=’0y6-fw’ and repeat into the second tab.

Uncomment out the and cd_599 and repeat into the third tab

Copy the SQL to the forth tab. Name it SQL

Set focus to first tab

Save as c:\t\ITSD-1076 – 6 people – 20200921-20201018

Create a new message.
