  • Lab uses LIMS, written by Horizon, lots of customization. 17 years old. An assessment was done by Horizon, they came up with recommendations. But right now we should be asking "Is the product aligned with LAB/IT needs?" 1) Are we using the right tool?, 2) Are we using the tool properly (This is what Horizon provided, if this is the right tool)
