           Started in February. Working her way to learn Lifeline.

  • Dinesha Battle (Sr. Utility Billing Services Rep)

           Business Process Side. Started late Dec./Jan. 

  • Glen Iwamura (Sr. Accounting Mgr.)

           Supervisor of Kim/Julie

  • Helen Broadnex (Sup. Utility Billing Services Rep)

           Dinesha's Supervisor. 


  1. Document Lifeline tickets and analyze for similarities
  2. Identify Root Cause (Compartmentalize) => 
  3.     Kim to analyze accounts in Chris's email and determine root cause
  4.     - Same report for Approvals and Removals same day is an issue
  5.     - Possible duplicate error => Chris looking programmatically on CUBS side.
  6.     Any new issue will be communicated with all included
  7.    Account audit needs to be done periodically to make sure both systems have equal accounts

Come back after few weeks or until Kim has analyzed the accounts

Then meet every 2 - 3 weeks to document issues.

Helen/Glen to be included in meetings/emails
