- Discuss the source of this meeting - is there an active issue to resolve?
- There are consistently a handful of flow meters that are unable to connect but eventually reconnect. It is unclear if this is the expected operating procedure or if this represents a problem.
- There is no documented expectation from the business side, and there is no technical SLA on the IT side.
- Next steps?
- Dave P. will 1) document expectations and 2) contact the Service Desk if he sees connectivity issues
- Gene L. will contact DTech to see if we could establish an SLA for resolving the types of issues that have come up in the past that DTech is able to help with
