This meeting’s objective is to discuss roles and responsibilities for an upcoming SASD project, Enterprise/Portal Implementation.

Notes

• Luisa would like IT to be the PM for projects with significant IT involvement
• Currently using 'GIS server', moving to 'Enterprise Portal'
• ESRI (vendor) has been hired for 3-day implementation in late August
• Luisa will put in an ITSD ticket
• Jeff thanked Luisa for the early notice
