Highlights

WSCS DMS application updated to post logging information to Serilog/Elastic. Also bulk update tuning.
BITS application updated to post logging information to Serilog/Elastic.
Budget application update - Update to Budget application to show the Program Description - Edit Log button is now accessible to Admin, Super Editors, Cost Center Editors, and Reviewers.
Clerical application was updated to post logging information to Serilog/Elastic.
DCS application was updated. Controls from the ComponentOne vendor needed to be updated
Development SQL Server hard drives were reconfigured.
Employee System Update (SASD) added LiveScanDate attribute to the employee table.
Executive Information System was migrated from an obsolete ASP technology to a SharePoint page. The system has resources that supervisors and Managers need in one location. In addition, its use has been expanded to be used by SASD employees
LIMS was patched to Patch 16.
LIMS Oracle 12.1 will be upgraded from Standard to Enterprise version.
New template similar to SASD applied to Finance, ISD, PAO, P&P SharePoint pages.
New Hire application was updated to show job titles being provided in email messages.
Plans application updated to post logging information to Serilog/Elastic.
SASD New Hire application updated - support for Mech Int activities was added.
SDPrint - was moved to a virtual server.
RDA updated in May.
Resource Book (formerly EBook) was updated. Address information was missing.

Timesheet Application Update (Regional San) - New attended codes were added to the system. (Z294, Z295, Z296, Z297)
WSCS CSON application was updated to post logging information to Serilog/Elastic.

WSCS MRP application was updated to post logging information to Serilog/Elastic.
Completed Windows 20H2 security patch rollout to all systems at the districts.
Upgraded Regional San Autodesk software installations from 2018 to 2021 and move to subscription license portal.
Process Improvement: Designed and implemented an IT internal project request process for capturing customer-requested work effort that may become a project.
