  • Jira Upgrade (tonight?) (AT-326)
  • Atlassian Tools are being migrated to local servers (INITIATIVE-151)
    • Jira and all tools will be speeding up
    • Goal is to have this done within 3 months
  • Meridian Upgrade project is kicking off
    • Project coordinated by Robert Bradley
    • Vendor doing the bulk of the work once they have VPN access
• We are trying to obtain webcams for home use to enable more video-based meetings - due to ship next week
• We are working with the training section to create user documentation in the User Guides space in Confluence

  • GTM is now configured with SSO
  • All IT staff now have GTM accounts

  • Authentication will be converted to use SSO
  • Slack calls will be configured to use GTM (after SSO is implemented)
