| Interceptor Transition to SASD | On Schedule. Phase I is 98% done. There have been ongoing meetings. IT will be involved at some point. | ||
| Customer Care | Issue at small claims court pointed out discrepancies between when work was actually done vs. when Maximo said it was done (bad data). There will be meetings to discuss this. | ||
| Operations Support | USA staffing troubles at both Regional and SASD | ||
| Technology | Maximo patch is in testing - expected to go live in September. Had kick off meeting for Jira SD - to eventually replace the help desk | ||
| Training | There are live classes for AB1825 scheduled. There has been issues with users taking the online version. |
