List

The form is broken up into several sections

 

This is a list of initiatives

On the left of each initiative is an icon ‘Edit’ or ‘View’ which will bring up more information about the associated initiative.

Each column on the List screen has sort functionality.

 

These filter controls help define what is being listed

The (square) Checkbox’s are used to specify which items are listed based on who the initiative supports. You can specify one or more to restrict the list. The third group (Finance Off, Int Svs Dept, etc). If you select a department a list of sections and groups for that department will display.

The second set of checkboxes (the round ones) are used to specify which items are listed based on the status of the initiatives.

When the status being shown is Current, then the Action column (pictured below) can be sortable. Any other status will not allow a sort by the action column.

 

If you have administrator access the list will show additional menu items.

User persistence has been implemented for List and Dashboard screens.
