Introduction

The SDABits application is an inhouse written program originally developed by SASD. It has been extended/rewritten to work for SDA.

This program is actually in a version 3 status.

Jan 2015 – Version 3 released for use by the SDA district.

2013 – Version 2 released – it was a ASP.Net version of a program re-written of the

2011 -  Version 1 released – The original version was an ASP application written for SASD

These buttons will pass you to different screens accessible in bits

These functions are available

  • Add Init – This is used to create a new business initiative.
  • Reports – This will pass you to the reports page where you can choose and print reports.
  • Approvals/Rejections – This is a program used to approve or reject certain changes made to initiatives after they has passed from preliminary stages into being considered current.
  • Support Dashboard – The support dashboard presents current initiatives based on a support structure.
  • Lead Dashboard – The lead dashboard presents current initiatives based on who has been assigned to those initiatives.
  • Export 2 Excel – Use this function to export an initiative list to excel.

These options will be explained in later sections of this document.

Export 2 Excel

The Export to Excel button will export a list of business initiavitives to excel.

The list that is exported is based on the items on the filter menu.
