How to see if someone has access to your Confluence space

  1. If you are a space admin (someone who can set permissions on a space), you should see Space Tools in the lower-left corner like this:

  2. Open Space Tools, then go to Permissions.

  3. On this screen, you can add individual users (in the Individual Users section) or all Confluence users by adding "sda-confluence-users" (in the Groups section).  Typically, most users require these roles:
    1. All - View
    2. All - Delete Own
    3. Pages - Add
    4. Pages - Delete
    5. Attachments - Add
    6. Attachments - Delete
    7. Comments - Add
    8. Comments - Delete
    9. Restrictions - Add/Delete

  4. When your changes are complete, click Save All at the bottom of the screen, and you're done!
